"Who Is Responsible of the Identity Theft?"

The responsible of identity theft is the consumer, she/he should not be gullible of their credits card and tey should protect there card to be pishing. They should ask first the card company if they ask something about there card and so that they can aware it.


The consumer should change their behavior and to be aware so that they can protect there card to the scammer and they should not spent to much of using there card because it can be steal without knowing the consumer.


The appropriate punishment for the scammer is to be in prison for the 1 year to 3 years so that they not do it anymore because it is a crime.


Thieves be handled by Internet through having a security by blocking the scammer to connect to the card company and should the bank have a programmed that can blocked anything who wants to connect of there bank.


The consumer should protect there card when they used it and be aware to those people who are handled it like in paying through card beacause it can be steal without knowing the consumer. They should have a proper knowledge by using there card so that they can be aware and protect by scammer.
